Bologna is a city of porticoes, especially in the center near the University

Bologna is also a city of towers, and it has it's own leaning tower, as in 2d photo below

One of the busiest places in the city, is the city library, which is build on top of Roman ruins

The Roman Archeological sites are visible in the floor through the glass tiles

--

People may enjoy a sandwich or a drink (note bar in background) as well as purchase books in a bookstore all in the public library

--

Here is my hotel, a residence maintained by the University for visiting scholars.
