  • A research project to analyze the knowledge, skills, and qualifications expected of digital librarians in academic libraries, and to design educational programs to meet the needs of digital libraries and digital librarianship. In this research, data for roles, skills, and educational needs of digital librarians will be gathered from job announcements and by conducting a survey of digital librarians in ARL member libraries.
