I graduated in 1988 in Library and Information Sciences at the State University of Moldova. Since that year I started to work at the Library and Information Sciences Department as teacher. Then, in 1994-1997 I had a scholarship in the History of Culture field at the "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Since May 1998 I am at my present job,  responsible for coordination between the Library Community in Moldova and the Moldavian Government.
I take part in the activities of the National Librarianship School of Moldova, a body designed for continuing professional education of librarians.

Dear all,

I can say I was lucky to reach the ICIMSS community! At the ICIMSS I have had a great opportunity to up-date my professional knowledge, to understand and to apply properly the term "long life learning", to meet a lot of interesting people - both professors and colleagues. The communication across the boundaries, between East and West of Europe, is the greatest chance given by ICIMSS.

All the best for everybody and many years for ICIMSSS!
